This program is to set your System Speed Dial Numbers
(System Speed Dial can be accessed by all users)
The [Feature] key is located above the [Hold] Button
Dial [Feature] * * 266344
Display shows [Password]
Dial password
Display shows [Terminals&Sets]
You will see 3 arrows on the lower buttons (sometimes 4)
These buttons will help you move through the menus
Press the Lower right arrow (three times) until
you see [ Sys speed dial>]
Press the upper right arrow one time until
you see [Speed dial#:__]
Enter the Speed Dial number you want to program or continue to next line
Press the lower right arrow one time until
you see [Speed dial#: 01>]
Press the upper right arrow one time until
you see [no number]
Press the Change button under the display one time until
you see [01:__]
Using the dial pad enter the external telephone number you want stored under that number. Example: 01: 1248 442 1312
Press OK
Press the lower right arrow one time until
you see [Use prime line]
Press change until you find how you want to dial out this means it will use what ever line your phone grabs when it goes off hook
[Use prime line] this means it will use what ever line your phone grabs when it goes off hook
Press Change
Use line:__ (enter the line number you want to dial out on)
Press Change
Pool code:__ (enter the pool code you, most likely “9”)
Use routing table (if you understand this you don’t need my help any more)
Press the lower right arrow one time until
you see [Display digits]
(I would leave this alone)
Press the lower right arrow one time until
you see [Bypass restr’n: N]
(I would leave this alone)
Press the lower right arrow one time until
you see [End of list]
Press the Rls button, you are finished
